Xfetta Truffle Glove

Sanelli Amborgio's Xfetta truffle glove in grey polyester is designed to protect the right hand during cutting. This glove, in one size and reinforced on 3 fingers, was developed from the collaboration between Sanelli Ambrogio and chef Davide Oldani, creator of the Xfetta truffle slicer. The glove can only be worn on the right hand.
