Single sharpening stone in small basin grain 3000

This stone is fit to be used in an inclined position, thanks to a pratical fixing system allowing a quick drying
of both sides of the stone. The basin collects the water necessary for sharpening and is provided with drainage grooves.
The 3000 grain is perfect to polish the edge of knives and guarantees an excellent slipping cut for a long time.
