Single sharpening stone in small basin double grain 400 and 1000

This stone is fit to be used in an inclined position, thanks to a pratical fixing system allowing a quick drying
of both sides of the stone. The basin collects the water necessary for sharpening and is provided with drainage grooves.
The 400 grain is perfect to sharpen the edge of knives and the 1000 grain to polish the edge of knives and to guarantee an excellent slipping cut for a long time.
