Professional mold from the ''I Microforati'' line for oven cooking, made of high quality silicone and glass fiber from Martellato Professional materials. The micro-perforated texture, which allows the uniform diffusion of heat and the release of humidity, reduces cooking times and guarantees a perfect result, making work in the laboratory easier.

The line of silicone baking molds 'I Microforati' offers many ideal shapes for different preparations, both sweet and savory, such as classic and modern tartlets, brioches and muffins. The creations will be perfectly crispy and perfectly shaped, without bubbles or sagging. Professional silicone molds are also ideal for leavened products, shortcrust pastry and brisé. The material of which the silicone mold is made is non-stick and can be used on both sides, to prepare empty or already filled tartlets.

Plus: resistant to temperatures down to -40°C (-40° F) at +230°C (+450°F), practical for demoulding, functional thanks to fast, moisture-free cooking and versatile due to the possibility of use on both sides.
