Set Kasumi in Fine Ceramic
A set of three Kasumi ceramics knives to prepare vegetables, fruit, meat and fish with perfect blades that do not oxydate foodstuffs and with a long duration of the cutting edge. Blades are made using fine particles of Zirconia ceramic and hardened at 1500° in special kiln giving an hardness that is second only to diamonds.
