Set Japan Professional Stones : 3 Stones Grain 400 – 1200 – 2000 Kasumi This sharpening set composed of professional stones in hard ceramics of Kasumi was designed to sharpen professional knives, damascene ones, or in tempered steel and in steels having high hardness and quality.
The Kasumi stones in ceramics-marble are very hard, guarantee a quick restoring of the cutting-edge of knives and no hollows will appear on them, as it occurs for softer stones.
The three grains 400-1200-2000 allow to free from impurites, sharpen and polish the cutting-edge of knives.
Each stone is provided with a silicone base to obtain a safe sharpening without slipping or moving of stones during use.
Stones dimensions 18 x 6,3 x 2,5 cm.
