This versatile potato-cutter with double blade allows to peel fruit and vegetable and prepare tasty juliennes and is very fit to cut fruit and vegetables.
The right blade sharpened as a razor peels easily potatoes, carrots, apples, etc... while special blades cut in thin strips (julienne) vegetables all in the same dimension.
With only one instrument it is possible to peel a potato and then transform it into thin fried potatoes.
