Baking-pan with net, ideal for the preparation of Napoly pizza or focaccia The baking-pan is made in processed plate with aluminium layer ; it has a major resistance to oxidation and is perfect for oven cooking. It must be placed in the oven at 150°C for half-an-hour before use, in order to eliminate the protective industrial oil.
