The manual control panel has a thermostat and steam indicator lights and three large knobs to set the time, temperature and amount of steam.
The timer can be set to 120 minutes, the temperature up to 260 °C.
The door has two layers of glass with space for gravity ventilation, this keeps the outer glass cool to the touch.
The outer glass can be removed for easy cleaning.
The door seal is mounted in the chamber and removable for easy cleaning and replacement.
The chamber is equipped with removable GN tray guides and halogen lighting.
Capacity of 12x GN1/1, the guides are positioned 70 mm apart.
