MIYABI manual knife sharpener with two sharpening phases and diamond and ceramic wheels. The knife sharpener can be used for steel blades with a straight edge and is able to sharpen even the hardest steel materials (up to HRC66) It covers 2 sections which are marked: - Module I diamond wheel for coarse grain, pre-sharpening - Module II ceramic wheel for precision sharpening and finishing Base with six silicone rubbers. Ergonomic, easy-care plastic handle Suitable for left and right handed users. The hand guard ensures safe use.
