The new Miel series, which consists of three molds of varying sizes, is inspired by the energy and natural purity of honey. They are great as decorative topping or as a decoration for plate desserts and entremets. The Miel molds faithfully reproduce the texture of the hexagonal cells from which the hive is constructed, complete with all of the natural defects generated by bees' painstaking work in creating their valuable nectar. - Microwave and oven compatible. - Can be used in a blast chiller or freezer. - Dishwasher-friendly.
