Kasumi Kuro knives have a sandwich blade formed on the outside of 32-layer damascus stainless steel and the inside of the cutting edge is AUS-8 molybdenum vanadium steel.
Both sides of the knives have beautiful 32-layer Damascus pattern SUS430, SUS304 have hammered finish, traditional Japanese style.
The blades are hardened to HRC 57-58.
The handle has an octagonal shape which makes it easy to grip.
