Damascus steel knives of the Shun Classic White series, made with 32 layers of steel and the heart in VGMAX steel, steel with a concentration of carbon and cobalt.
These elements increase the hardness of the steel, so that the knives have a stiff edge that keeps the cutting edge longer. Excellent chromium content, which makes it less vulnerable to corrosion than other carbon-enriched steels.
It reaches a final hardness of about 61 HRC, an excellent index of its rigidity.
The ash colored handle is made of hot pressed wood and resin. It is guaranteed antibacterial, resistant to changes in temperature and humidity.
In addition, its particular "D" shape has been made to perfectly adapt to the shape of your hand, giving you ergonomics and less fatigue during prolonged use.
