Already awarded with numerous design awards, the Seki Magoroku Composite series is the flagship of Kai's modern design.
The series combines dynamism and lightness: the blade is composed of two qualities of steel and it is crossed by a copper brazing bead.
Steel types are made separately to be bonded together with liquid copper in a subsequent processing step.
The aesthetic result is extraordinary and makes this blade a jewel of Japanese forging.
The handle in light wood makes this series futuristic, light and of exclusive refinement.
These knives guarantee absolute sharpness and extraordinary cutting performance.

The blade
The blade combines different textures and qualities of steel: the polished and beveled goiter runs on the satin and rounded back of the SUS420J2 steel blade, ending with a wire made of particularly hard VG-MAG steel.
These symmetrical sharpening blades combine minimalist aesthetics with high cutting performance and excellent corrosion resistance.

The handle
