Fillet knife Chroma Turbo Ka-Six cm.19 has an ergonomic shape out of the ordinary, designed by F.A. Porsche, famous author of projects of his time that become timeless objects. The blade is made of ThyssenKrupp German stainless steel which reaches up to 60 HRC (Rockwell hardness) on the cutting edge, thanks to the innovative KA-SIX treatment. The high hardness of the blade guarantees a long life of the wire. The 3 mm Ka-Six cutting area with high hardness is achieved by a special grinding in combination with 6 additional machining steps.
