The Wasabi Black Series have a shiny blade, black handle, made in Japan, with a mirror polished stainless steel blade with a hardness of 58 ± 1 HRC, giving each kitchen an exclusive atmosphere from the Far East.
The black handle, unlike the traditional Japanese wooden handle, completely encloses the blade, preventing any deposit between blade and handle.
