Wave ice lolly mold from the Icicle Flex line by Martellato Professional. Non-deformable, flexible and resistant to low temperatures.
The thickness of the plastic has been designed to optimize the blast chilling times of the ice lolly, without however compromising the structure of the mould.
Furthermore, the plastic used facilitates extraction of the ice lolly and reduces the risk of breakage of both the mold and the finished product.
The kit consists of four moulds, each of which produces six ice lollies; with a single kit you can therefore produce twenty-four ice lollies. Wooden sticks are available separately.
