Thanks to its long flexible blade it is possible to cut very thin slices of salmon.
The blade is equipped with hollow edge, while cutting, between the cut with the hollow edge blade and the slice a hole of air is pierced, this avoids that the food remains attached to the blade and allows to make finer slices.
Exceptional for cutting thin slices not only of salmon, for example also pressed octopus, speck or ham.
The Wüsthof Classic series has a robust construction, a sharp cut and a functional handle.
The knife is forged from a single piece of high-alloy chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel.
The handle has 3 rivets with a durable riveting and are worked without joints.
