The Crack mold is made up of two halves that are joined together with magnets, and are equipped with a steel plate on the long side of the mold, to attach them to the machine's magnets. In fact, this mold is suitable for use on rotary machines.
The material chosen for the mold is polycarbonate, safe and suitable for contact with food. Furthermore, it guarantees a perfect result even with sophisticated shapes and sizes.
The idea comes directly from the Martellato designers with the support of the best chocolatiers. In the photos, the eggs in different colors were decorated by master chocolatier Nicolas Nikolakopoulos.
