Cocoa is a new modern and versatile single-portion mould from Martellato's BlackSil line, which recalls the shape of the cocoa bean; it was designed in collaboration with Alberto Simionato, director of Chocolate Academy Milano.
These entirely Made in Italy moulds maintain their characteristics unchanged over time thanks to the high quality of Martellato's black silicone, which ensures easy demoulding in both sweet and savoury preparations.
Up to 4 moulds can be placed in a 60 x 40 baking tin.
