The stainless steel handle is hollow and filled with sand for a perfect knife balance.

The anatomical shape of the handle and the lightness of the knife (about 30% less than traditional knives) reduce user fatigue, even in the event of prolonged use.

It differs from the version for vegetables, also known as the Chinese cleaver, both for the slight curve of its thread and for the greater thickness of its blade, which make it suitable for this type of work.
