CHITARRA SINGLE cutter base with three frames 37.5 - 30 - 22.5 mm

CHITARRA, a pastry cutter, consists of a solid aluminium base and stainless steel frames that allow you to cut chocolate cremini, pastry sheets, ganaches, parfaits and pastry products with soft dough. The single guitar allows you to cut chocolate ‘cremini’ in one direction (the product will then be turned to obtain squares and rectangles). The single guitar can be customised by choosing from 5 interchangeable stainless steel frames with wire distances of 37.5 mm, 30 mm, 22.5 mm, 15 mm and 7.5 mm. The guitars are supplied with a handy stainless steel turntable and a kit for replacing the wires. - Solid aluminium base. - Interchangeable steel frames, whose wire spacing can be: 37.5 - 30 - 22.5 - 15 - 7.5 mm for single and double guitar. - Cutting base: 36x36 cm - Three frames of: 37,5 - 30 - 22,5 mm - Different frame sizes on request.
