The HENDI cast iron casserole is the best for preparing one-pot dishes, especially those requiring long and steady stewing without burning/sticking. It’s multifunctional - not only great for stewing, cooking, frying, but also can be used in an oven. Also excellent for serving, keeping the dishes warm for a longer time than classic pots. Made from cast iron, with red enamel coating on the outside. Lid with bumps on the inside that force water droplets (steam) to fall back, keeping the dish moist and aromatic.
