Baking-pan ideal for the preparation of Napoly pizza or focaccia, made in processed plate with aluminium layer ; it has a major resistance to oxidation and is perfect for oven cooking. It can be used in leavening and deep-freezing stores. It must be placed in the oven at 150°C for half-an-hour before use, in order to eliminate the protective industrial oil. Use a soft oiled cloth for cleaning and do not use water and caustic solutions. Height 2,5 cm.
